Take some wing pieces of chicken and boil them in salt infused water till they are half done.
make a slurry with eggs and another coating with cornflakes, bread crumbs and spices like pepper and paprika.
Marinate the chicken with some paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Keep aside for 2 hours.
First dip the chicken in egg slurry, then in the bread crumbs mixture. Heat oil in a large pan.
Deep fry the chicken pieces till they are golden brown. Serve with your choice of dip.
