Oats chia pudding is one of the most healthy breakfast options and actress Kriti Sanon seems to agree. Let us look at a simple recipe for this nutritious and delicious dish.
1 cup milk 2 tbsp chia seeds 4 tbsp rolled oats Yogurt Honey Chopped fruits
In a bowl, put milk and add honey to it. Mix well.
Mix rolled oats, chia seeds and thick yogurt to it. Give it a stir.
Keep this mixture in a refrigerator overnight.
Chop you favourite fruits in the morning and add to the pudding.
Add dry fruits, muesli or eanut butter if you want. Enjoy!
