After bagging Best actor Filmfare award for ‘Mimi’, actress Kriti Sanon has become a name to reckon with. She is also a fitness inspiration to many and we fetched her diet secrets for you.
She starts the day with a plain glass of water with lemon or honey. It helps activate her metabolism and keeps her skin hydrated.
Her breakfast is a homely fare with boiled eggs, bread and butter, or a diet mayo sandwich and sometimes even namak-ajwain ka paratha.
She prefers to have either one big lunch or one big dinner. Her lunch mainly consists of rice and chicken curry, rajma chawal, dal chawal and veggies.
If her lunch is heavy, then her dinner is usually light with a variety of soups like sweet corn or chicken. She tries to wrap up her last meal by 9 p.m.
She tries to get eight-hour sleep everyday despite her hectic schedule. Irregular sleep is closely linked with poor health and weight-gain.
She prefers working out in the first half, after an hour of breakfast, and likes mixing weight-training, Pilates and yoga ocassionally.
