Kottambari Kashaya is a delicious drink from Karnataka which is made with a flavourful blend of spices, jaggery and milk that works as a perfect immunity booster for monsoon. Here is the recipe, prepare at home and stay healthy.
2 tsp coriander seeds 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper 5 cups of water 2-3 tsp jaggery powder 1 cup of milk
Grind the spices into a fine powder. Then add this mixture to water and let it boil for 5 mins on medium flame.
Add jaggery and milk to the boiling water and wait till this mixture boils again.
Strain the mixture and your kashaya is ready. Serve hot.
