Kimchi is trending everywhere as a popular Korean condiment. Many dishes can be made with kimchi, adding an extra flavour. Try delicious kimchi fried rice for your brunch to impress your guests.
2 cups cooked rice 1 cup kimchi 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 clove garlic 1 green onion 1 scrambled egg Oil for frying
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add minced garlic, chopped green onion, and kimchi to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
Throw in scrambled eggs and mix with the rice mixture.
Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Serve hot, with sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
