1 medium-sized Napa cabbage 1 cup Korean radish 4 green onions 3 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon ginger 3 tablespoons Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sesame oil Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Chop the Napa cabbage and the Korean radish with green onions. Prepare all the vegetables accordingly.

Make a paste by mixing garlic, ginger, Korean red pepper flakes, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and salt.

You need to massage the kimchi paste into the vegetables, making sure they are well-coated.
