Korea Meets India In This Masala Lemonade Soju Cocktail

With the summers fast-approaching, this refreshing drink is perfect to quench your thirst on a balmy evening and cool you down.

INGREDIENTS

30 ml simple syrup 60 ml fresh lime juice 45-60 ml Soju ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon pink or black salt Soda, to top off Handful of mint leaves

METHOD

To a shaker, add the mint leaves and lemon juice and muddle it well.

Add the cumin, black pepper powders and salt along with the simple syrup and mix well.

Add in the ice, pour the Soju and shake thoroughly.
