For patty 1/4 cup Kodo millet 1/4 cup watermelon seeds Handful of coriander leaves Handful of spring onion leaves 1/2 tbsp mustard paste For salsa dip 1 Tomato 2 tbsp coriander leaves A pinch of salt 1 Onion 15 ml olive oil A pinch of black pepper 1 small spring onion leaf

For hummus 1/2 cup chickpeas 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste 1/2 tsp chili powder Handful of coriander leaves For bun 3 lettuce 2 tomato slices 2 onion slices 1 bun

First, soak watermelon seeds and kodo millet separately for at least an hour. When done, grind them into a fine paste.

To the paste, add coriander and mustard paste. Add cumin powder with chopped basil and spring onions and mix.

Add salt to taste and form a patty from the mixture. Cook it on a non-stick pan till it is brown on both sides.

Take a bowl and add chopped tomato, onion, and spring onion along with coriander.

Add olive oil, black pepper and salt to taste and prepare the salsa. Boil the chickpeas and mash it into a fine paste.

Add olive oil, coriander, lemon juice, chilli powder, and salt to taste. Now, spread hummus on the bun.

Place patty on the bun along with tomato slices. Also add onion and lettuce. Serve with the salsa and enjoy.
