Kiwi Kesari Rabri With Malpua Recipe By Nutan Nigam

Ingredients

1 cup refined flour 1 Pinch saffron 5 cup kiwi Mawa 2 cup milk for malpua 500 ml. Milk for rabri 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Water Chopped dry fruits Green cardamom 

Step 1

Heat the milk a little, then mix it with mawa, then mix it with flour and add cardamom powder and dry fruits.

Step 2

Now put ghee in a pan, then with a spoon, put the batter of malpua in the pan and cook the malpua on medium flame.

Step 3

Now take another pan and add water and sugar and keep it on the flame to make a sugar syrup.
