Storing honey properly extends its shelf life by preventing crystallization and maintaining its flavour and texture. Proper storage also preserves the natural antioxidants and beneficial enzymes found in honey.

Store honey in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to prevent heat-induced crystallization.

Maintain a stable temperature, ideally around 21°C, to preserve honey's consistency.

Ensure a tight, moisture-proof seal on the container to prevent air and water from entering.
Never dip a dirty or wet spoon into the honey, as it can introduce moisture and contaminants.
