A deliciously fluffy and cheesy omelette, spiked with spicy kimchi, is the only breakfast you’ll need to wake you up and get you going for the day.
¼ cup chopped kimchi 2 eggs 3 tablespoons grated cheese 1 tablespoon butter Salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat some butter in a frying pan and mix the kimchi into the eggs.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan once the butter is foamy.
Raise the heat to a medium high while the bottom of the egg sets.
Sprinkle the cheese and place a lid over the pan to let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once the eggs are mostly cooked, use a spatula to fold over and transfer to a plate. Serve immediately.
