Known to possess nutritional properties that are especially beneficial for women, this delicious seed smoothie is enough to give you the energy boost you need to power through the day. Swap the berries with apples, bananas or seasonal fruit of your choice and enjoy making this a regular part of your meal plan.
1 cup coconut water 1 cup strawberries, halved ¼ bunch spinach ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder ½ tablespoon sunflower seeds ½ tablespoon sesame seeds 2 dates, soaked in warm water
Add the strawberries, seeds and dates to a blender and grind to a smooth paste.
Follow this up with the coconut water, spinach and ashwagandha powder and blend again.
Continue to blend in 5-second intervals for the ingredients to turn into a homogenous mixture.
Transfer to a glass and consume immediately or refrigerate in an air-tight bottle.
