Salmon is a delicious protein-packed dish. Along with veggies, it can become a nutritious and balanced combo. Kiara Advani loves this combination and eats it for dinner. Let us see the steps to make it.
300 gms salmon Lemon juice Sliced carrots Sliced beans 2 tbsp pepper powder Salt as per taste 1 tsp paprika powder 1 cup chopped mushrooms 1 sliced onion
Marinate the salmon with salt, pepper, lemon and paprika.
In a baking tray, add the salmon pieces and brush with butter. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Take out fish and check if its cooked by poking with a fork. Squeeze some lemon juice on top of it
For the veggies, heat up butter and add sliced vegetables to it. Saute for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add salt and pepper and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Serve the veggies with salmon.
