Keshma Raichura's Gobi 65 Grilled Is A Healthy Treat

Ingredients

Cauliflower 3 cups approx. cut into small florets All purpose /Rice flour 2 tbsp Corn flour - 2 tablespoon + 1 tbsp starch/ white Oil - 4 tbsp Curd - 2 tbsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - ¼ teaspoon Turmeric - ¼ tsp Garlic powder - 1 tsp or Fresh garlic - 2 Curry leaves Salt

Step 1

Cut cauliflower into tiny bite size pieces. Boil water and add 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon turmeric.

Step 2

Add cauliflower to the boiling water and switch off the flame. Let it be aside for 10 mins.

Step 3

After 10 mins, drain the water completely. Add 2 tablespoons of corn flour and toss to coat the cauliflower well.
