1cup flour 1 cup khoya 1/2 cup dry fruits Chirongi dana 1 cup sugar Saffron Cardamom Desi ghee Pinch of salt Desiccated coconut Water
For stuffing, take ghee in a pan and add chirongi, cashew, almond and pistacho and sauté it.
Now after sautéing for a minute, add desiccated coconut and mix it well for 2 minutes. Put the mixture in a bowl and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl, take flour and add ghee with pinch of salt. Now add some water and make a semi soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
