Traditional summer drinks from all parts of the country are delicious and they are really the perfect summer coolers. Here is a delicious kesar panakam recipe.
100 gms jaggery 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1 lemon juice 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 5-6 saffron strands Mint leaves Water Ice cubes
In a large bowl, add water water and crushed jaggery. Mix till the entire jaggery melts.
Add the ginger and cardamom powder along with the lemon juice. Next, add the saffron strands. Mix well and chill it in the fridge.
Take out the panakam and serve in a glass with mint leaves and ice cubes.
