1 cup aval or flattened rice ½ cup peanuts (roasted) ½ cup cashews (roasted) 6 bananas 2 cups cold milk 8 to 9 raisins 2 tbsp sugar Nuts to garnish

Heat a pan and roast some aval or poha.
Then, roast the peanuts as well as cashew. Crush the nuts lightly.
Take a bowl and add mashed bananas to it. Also, add sugar and mix it well.
Add roasted aval and nuts to the bowl. Add cold milk and mix well.
When done, pour the drink into a glass and garnish with raisins, cashews etc.
