Kele ka raita is among the common condiments served with desi meals like kadhi chawal, rajma chawal, dal, roti, sabzi, and rice, etc. It is delicious, protein-rich, and easy to digest. Here is the recipe.
1 banana 1 cup curd 1-2 tbsp water Sugar as needed 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Take curd in a bowl and whisk it nicely. Leave a few lumps for texture.
Add powdered sugar to the curd along with water. Give it a good mix.
Peel a banana and slice it into circular discs.
Add the banana discs to the sweet curd and refrigerate it.
While serving kele ka raita, garnish it with pomegranate seeds.
