Add this healthy and tasty soup in your daily meal to stay warm during winters.
4 cups fresh tomatoes (chopped), 1 slice onion, 4 cloves garlic, 2 cups chicken broth, 2 tsp butter, 2 tsp all-purpose flour,1 tsp salt, 2 tsp white sugar
Heat a skillet and add tomatoes, onion, garlic, and chicken broth and boil for about 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and run the mixture through a food mill into a large bowl and transfer into a bowl.
Now melt butter over medium heat in the same skillet and stir in the flour, cook until it turns medium brown.
Gradually whisk in a bit of the tomato mixture, so that no lumps form, then stir in the rest.
Now season the soup with sugar and salt, and serve hot.
