Winter is the season to enjoy stuffed parathas. While many people have the misconception that stuffing can only be of vegetables, you must dive into this guide to prepare mouth-watering keema paratha with chicken.

Ingredients

1 small pumpkin Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs Ketchup or your favourite dipping sauce

Knead the atta with water and keep it aside to rest while you prepare the stuffing.

Take ground chicken and cook it with spices.

Let the ingredients come together. Turn off the flame.

Once the chicken mixture is cool, stuff it inside small dough balls.

Roll the parathas ensuring the stuffing remains intact.

Roast the keema paratha on both sides before biting into it.
