Karonda Mirch Ka Achar is a delightful pickle crafted from seasonal ingredients. This simple and easy recipe brings together the tangy goodness of karonda and the fiery kick of green chilies, making it a perfect accompaniment for your meals

Wash and dry 250 g of fresh karonda and 100 g of green chilies. Slit the green chilies lengthwise.

Heat 3-4 tablespoons of mustard oil until it smokes, then cool it.

In a bowl, combine karonda, green chilies, 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and salt to taste.

Pour the cooled mustard oil over the mixture and mix well. Store it in a sterilized glass jar for a few days to let the flavours meld. Your Karonda Mirch Ka Achar is ready to serve!
