Ingredients

1 Cup black gram 1 onion 1 tomato 2 green chilli as per taste Handful coriander leaves ½ tbsp jeera powder ½ tbsp chat masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp black paper powder ½ tbsp roasted cumin seed powder 1 tbsp lemon juice One pinch baking soda Salt black

Step 1

Mix 3 glass of water in one cup of black gram and keep it soaked overnight.

Step 2

Next day, drain the water and wash it again. And put in cooker and add to two cups water, one tsp salt, one pinch of baking soda and cover it.

Step 3

Put it on the gas in pressure cooker and after one whistle, slow down the gas for 10 minutes.
