Kala chana chaat is a hearty snack, combining black chickpeas with onions, tomatoes, and warming spices. Tossed with lemon juice and garnished with fresh coriander, it’s a protein-packed, tangy, and flavourful dish that’s both nutritious and perfect for chilly days.
