Dry curry leaves chutney is a fragrant and versatile condiment. Roasted curry leaves are ground with spices and lentils, creating a flavorful, aromatic powder. This chutney adds a burst of South Indian flavours to various dishes, from rice to snacks.

2 ½ cups Curry leaves 2 tbsp Oil ½ cup Groundnut 10 to 15 Garlic 1 tsp Jeera ¼ cup Sesame seeds 2 tbsp Chili flakes 2 tbsp Amchoor powder ¼ tsp desiccated coconut ¼ tsp Hing Salt as per taste

In a pan heat 1 tbsp of oil, add curry leaves and roast them for 2 minutes. Remove them and transfer to a plate.

In the same pan add the rest of the ingredients one by one, except coconut and give them a good mix.

Transfer all the ingredients to the blender and give it a pulse to grind a coarse dry chutney. Your Kadi patta dry chutney is ready. Empty it to an airtight container and enjoy!
