Water, ginger, cloves, black pepper, basil leaves, lemon, honey and cinnamon.
Take water in a deep saucepan an bring it to a boil.
Crush the ginger, cloves, cinnamon and black pepper in a mortar and pestle.
Add the crushed ingredients along with basil leaves and boil the kadha for 15 minutes.
Strain and add honey and lmon to the kadha. It is ready to be consumed.
