Raw mangoes or kacchi kairi have their own speciality and flavour. They are used to make make different dishes. Today, let us see how to make kacchi kairi ka Desi cocktail.
1 part Kacchi kairi syrup 1 part Vodka 1 part white rum 1 fresh lime juice Mint leaves Simple syrup
In a cocktail shaker, add rum, vodka, simple syrup and kacchi kairi sharbat.
Add lime juice and ice cubes and shake well. Strain this into a chilled glass.
Garnish the cocktail with mint leaves and enjoy its sweet and sour flavour.
