When it comes to losing weight, we all plan to go on a strict and not-so-tasty diet, which we think might help more.
But this recipe is perfect for weight loss as it is easy to make and tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
Chana - 2 cups (soaked over-night)
Salt as per taste
Onions - 2 finely chopped
Grated carrot - 2
Pepper 1 tsp
Chat masala 2 tsp
Green chillies 1 finely chopped
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Grinded Cornflakes 1 1/2 cup
Oil for shallow fry
Pressure cook the soaked chana with salt and oil.
Add onions, carrot and other masalas with ground cornflakes and mashed chana.
Shape the dough into small tikkis and shallow fry with oil.
Serve with curd, spicy chutney, sweet chutney, tomatoes and cucumbers.
