The Korean-style dumplings are usually stuffed with meat but this breakfast delight is filled with kimchi and russet potatoes and steamed to perfection.
These crunchy Korean pancakes, also called Kimchi Jun, are made with the regular pancake batter and stuffed with layers of kimchi in it.
The aracini balls are made with kimchi fried rice that forms the ball. Then, they stuffed with grated mozzarella and deep-fried until golden-brown.
