Known by several names in different parts of the country, a chilla is a desi-style crepe that can be stuffed in various ways. We’ve got yummy fillings for you too.
The humble potato goes well with everything so why not chilla. The crepe is stuffed with mashed potatoes and cooked on the pan to be served hot.
Be it kids or adults, no one can say no to a cheesy breakfast treat. Add the grated cheese to the chilla and wrap it up. Pair with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
A healthy winter stuffing for your breakfast chilla, cabbage and peas are mashed and sliced to be adding to the chilla batter.
Crumble the paneer into a mash and mix with cumin seeds, coriander leaves and spices. Cook the chilla first, then add the paneer and pack it together to dig in.
The winter green that you mustn’t miss out on is spinach. Fresh leaves added to the chilla lend it a greenish hue and a flavourful taste.
