Jowar is an excellent source of fibre and many other nutrients that help in lowering cholesterol and weight management. So, we have brought a simple yet delicious jowar snack for you that is perfect for your untimely cravings.
250 g jowar (washed and dried) 1 tbsp oil ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt as needed ¼ tsp turmeric Roasted peanuts
Add jowar to a pan and make a thin layer of it. Cover with a loose-fitting lid and put on the medium flame. After a few minutes they begin to pop.

Regulate the flame as required. Once the popping stops remove from flame and keep them aside. Add oil to a pan, heat it slightly.

Roast the peanuts in it till it turns golden. Add salt, chilli and turmeric. Let it cool. Then mix them with the completely cooled jowar pops and enjoy.
