Here's a recipe for jowar malpua, a delicious variation on the classic. This modified recipe uses jowar flour, which is packed with nutrients, to make a delicious dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth without sacrificing your health.
Mix jowar flour, grated jaggery, and a pinch of cardamom powder in a bowl.
Add milk gradually while stirring to make a batter.
Heat ghee in a kadhai and pour a ladleful of batter to form a small pancake. Cook until golden on both sides.
Drain excess ghee and dip malpua in sugar syrup for a minute.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped nuts. Enjoy your wholesome jowar malpua!
