Its nutritious deliciousness is constant with every bite of this versatile bread, which tastes great hot or cold. Its varied flavours and versatility in serving make it a popular pick no matter the occasion.
Jowar aata 1 cup Whole wheat aata 1/2 cup Zucchini 1 small Green chilli 1-2 finely chopped Ccoriander 1/4 cup finely chopped Cumin seeds 1Tbsp Kasoori methi 2 tbsp Sesame seeds 2tbsp Salt to taste Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Desi ghee 2 tbsp Curd 2 tbsp Water 1/2 cup
Grate the zucchini and combine the dough-kneading ingredients. Avoid making the dough too sticky by using only a small amount of water. Remember to let the dough rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
To create flat rotis, lay out the dough and shape it into little balls.
On a heated flat pan or tawa, cook these theplas while brushing both sides with oil. Add your preferred chutney, aachar, or sabzi for a memorable serving.
