½ cup butter ½ cup dark chocolate 6 tbsp jaggery powder ¾ cup milk ½ cup jowar flour 6 tbsp cocoa powder 1/3 cup chocolate chunks Chocolate chips, for topping
Blend the butter and chocolate together in a bowl until smooth. Mix until it becomes a uniform combined. Continue whisking after adding jaggery powder and milk to the previous mixture.
Last, add the cocoa powder and jowar flour. Fold the ingredients together until there are no more lumps and a smooth batter forms. Place the chocolate chunks in the bowl and fold it again.
Use milk chocolate or dark chocolate, whichever you like, based on how sweet you want it. For a slight thickening, let the batter sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius while you wait. Place the batter in a lined and greased 5-inch square pan after it has rested.Add a few extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Cool it to room temperature before to slicing. Even better, chill the brownies before slicing them to get perfectly straight edges.
