Jowar dosa is a nutritious and gluten-free dosa made from jowar (sorghum) flour. It is crispy, savory, and a popular alternative to traditional dosa.
1 cup Jowar flour 2 tsp rava 2 tsp rice flour 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 small carrot, peeled and grated 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp sesame seeds Salt, to taste Water, as required Ghee/ Oil to cook dosa
In a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned above except oil/ghee. Add water to make it thin.
Now heat a pan and Grease it with oil/ghee and pour the batter on the heated pan.
Now cook the dosa until golden brown and crispy. Put oil on the sides to make it more crispy.
Once done, serve with your favourite chutney and enjoy this heathy dish.
