As the frosty tendrils of winter weave their way through our days, there's a comforting rhythm to be found in the kitchen. And what better way to embrace the season's chill than by embracing the verdant, versatile cruciferous hero: Broccoli.
5-6 minced curry leaves 1 cup jowar flour ½ tsp cumin seeds 1 chopped green chilli 2 tbsp chopped onion Salt to taste 2 tbsp curd 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp grated ginger 1 cup water
Take a large bowl and combine all the ingredients together.
Pour curd into the mix along with a cup of water.
Make sure the consistency is runny. You can also keep it thick if you like.
Grease the griddle with ghee or coconut oil.
Spread a ladle of this batter on the hot tawa and cook until the base turns brown.
Enjoy crispy jowar dosa with chutney and sambar.
