1/2 cup Jowar flour 1/2 cup Wheat flour 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 chopped tomato 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Pepper Salt as per taste 1 tbsp Chopped ginger 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato
In a bowl add jowar flour, wheat flour, ginger, onion and tomato. Add all the spices along with water and mix them well.
Make sure the consistency is not too thin. Then heat a pan and add some oil, spread the prepared mixture from the top and cook till golden brown.
Once done serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
