Jowar Cheela: Your Healthy & Tasty Breakfast Option

Jowar, also known as sorghum, is considered one of the healthiest ingredients to ndulge in. This tomato-jowar cheela is a great option for your morning meal.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Jowar flour 1/2 cup Wheat flour 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 chopped tomato 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Pepper Salt as per taste 1 tbsp Chopped ginger 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato

Step 1

In a bowl add jowar flour, wheat flour, ginger, onion and tomato. Add all the spices along with water and mix them well.

Step 2

Make sure the consistency is not too thin. Then heat a pan and add some oil, spread the prepared mixture from the top and cook till golden brown.

Step 3

Once done serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
