1 large kohlrabi 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 inch ginger 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon oil
Add cumin seeds, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Cook for a few seconds.
Add the cubed kohlrabi to the pan. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add water and simmer until the kohlrabi is tender and the gravy thickens.
Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice or roti.
