1 cup bok phool 1/2 cup mustard paste 1/4 cup grated coconut 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste
Combine bok phool, mustard paste, coconut, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated bok phool and cook until the gravy thickens and the flavours meld.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
