Ingredients

5-6 ripe amla, washed and peeled 1 cup water 1 tablespoon honey A pinch of black salt

Step 1

Blend the peeled amla with water until smooth and strain.

Step 2

Add honey and black salt to taste.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
