The summer season often leaves us dehydrated and craving for drinks all the time. Though drinks like Lassi and Chaas are always the go-to pick, this jeera water is also a great way to cool down your body. The beverage is also a great choice when you want to have something different.
1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 glass of water Optional: lemon slices or mint leaves
Dry roast cumin seeds until aromatic.
Crush seeds lightly to release their flavour.
Boil water, add crushed cumin, simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool, strain, and add optional lemon or mint.
Enjoy the drink chilled or add ice cubes.
