Jau Ki Raab, a Rajasthani delicacy, is a healthy, zero-oil dish. It's excellent for weight loss and acts as a digestive as it's created with Jau and contains healthful components.
Put a cup of Jau dalia and water in a bowl. Soak for half an hour.
Use a strainer to get rid of any remaining Jau peels.
Cook the dalia with some buttermilk in an earthen pot for 15–20 minutes, or until it reaches the desired consistency.
Now, wrap it with a muslin cloth and leave it to ferment overnight.
As it ferments, it thickens, so you may need to add extra buttermilk before you start eating.
Put the mixture in a bowl and garnish with in chopped green chilli, onion, and coriander. Enjoy this zero oil breakfast.
