2 cups milk Powder 3 tbsp ghee 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp cardamom Powder 1 cup milk

Add ghee and milk powder to a pan and stir. Cook it on low flame for 10 mins until brown. Keep stirring.

Slowly add milk and mix until the mixture turns crumbly. Make sure it is a little dry.

Transfer the mixture to a big plate and when it is a little warm, add powdered sugar. Mix well.

Give it a consistency so that it can be transformed into pedas. Make pedas.

Coat the pedas in powdered sugar and keep aside. Offer as prasad and enjoy!
