1 cup poha 1/4 cup dahi 1 cucumber 3 tbsp grated coconut 1 grated ginger Salt to taste Handful of coriander leaves 1 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 2 green chilies

First, soak poha in water for about 1 to 2 minutes. Let it soften. Then, drain out excess water and keep it aside.

Heat a pan and add ghee. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.

Now, add cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger pieces and stir well. Turn off the heat.

Add the prepared seasoning to poha, along with curd, chopped cucumbers, grated coconut and salt.

Stir and combine the Gopalkala gently. Add in the chopped coriander leaves and serve.
