Janhvi Kapoor is a foodie who knows how to get the best of taste in a healthy way. Here is a recipe of her favourite low carb gochujang noodles.
2 cups Low carb noodles Veggies sautéed in some olive oil 2 chicken sausages 1 tbsp butter 5-6 garlic cloves 2-3 spring onion white 2 tbsp gochujang 1 tsp Korean pepper flakes 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp brown sugar 1/4 cup water 2-3 tbsp cream Grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare the sauce mix by combining gochujang, soya sauce, brown sugar and pepper.
Cook sausages and set aside. In a pan, add some butter and sauté garlic and spring onion whites. Add the sauce mix and let it simmer till the oil separates.
Add the sausages, noodles and veggies to the sauce and mix. Add the cheese and cream. Serve hot!
