Filled with a burst of flavour including sweet, tangy and spicy, this vibrant drink is perfect to hydrate your body during summer. Here is an easy recipe to make jamun lemonade at home.
6 jamun 1 tbsp grated ginger ½ cup water 4 tsp sugar ¼ tsp rock salt 500 ml club soda 1 lemon 6-8 mint leaves
Blend jamun pulp, ginger with water and strain it. Roll the lemon on the kitchen platform. Squeeze half of the lemon in a bowl.
Add jamun ginger juice, sugar, rock salt into the bowl and mix well.
Pour this mix in a serving glass, add club soda with ice-cubes and garnish lemon slices and mint leaves. Enjoy.
