Loaded with goodness of various nutrients, jaggery is a natural sweetener that doesn’t add to the extra kilos. Jaggery tea helps in metabolism, aids digestion and manages anemia. Here’s how to make jaggery tea

2 cups of water 2-3 tablespoons of jaggery 1 teaspoon of tea leaves 1 inch grated ginger 2-3 cardamom 1 small piece of cinnamon A pinch of black pepper

Pour water into a pan and add all the spices like ginger, cardamom, basil leaves, ginger, and cinnamon.

Boil the tea for five minutes and add black pepper powder to the tea.

Once it comes to a boil, add tea leaves and jaggery as per your taste.

Turn off the gas and strain the tea into a cup after a boil.
