This soothing beverage is the ideal fusion of black tea, flavorful jaggery, and creamy milk. Refresh your senses with the warmth and sweetness of jaggery tea.
1 cup water 1 tsp black tea leaves or 1 tea bag 1 small piece of jaggery 1/2 cup milk (adjust to taste) 1/4 tsp ground cardamom A pinch of ground cinnamon
In a pan, boil water. Now Add the tea leaves or black tea bag to the boiling water.
Add the grated jaggery to the tea. Stir well until the jaggery dissolves completely.
Now Pour in the milk and continue simmering the tea for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add ground cardamom and ground cinnamon, if desired, for added flavor. Stir gently.
Strain the tea into cups. Serve hot and enjoy the warm and comforting Jaggery Tea.
