Jaggery tea is a comforting beverage that's perfect for the winter season. It's a healthier alternative to regular tea, as it's sweetened with jaggery, a natural sweetener and can also soothe your sore throat.
2 cups water 2 teaspoons tea leaves 1 tablespoon jaggery 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger A pinch cardamom powder Milk as required
Boil some water and add tea leaves. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add jaggery, ginger, and cardamom powder. Stir well until the jaggery dissolves completely.
Pour some milk and boil the tea.
Strain the jaggery tea into cups and enjoy its warmth.
