Loaded with numerous nutrients, this morning drink is perfect to shed some extra kilos from the body. Here is an easy recipe to make jaggery tea at home.

2 cups of water 2-3 tablespoons of jaggery 1 teaspoon of tea leaves 1-inch grated ginger 2-3 cardamom 1 small piece of cinnamon A pinch of black pepper

Pour water into a pan and add all the spices like ginger, cardamom, basil leaves, ginger, and cinnamon.

Boil the tea for 5 minutes and add black pepper powder to the tea. Once it comes to a boil, add tea leaves and jaggery as per your taste.

Turn off the gas and strain the tea into a cup after it boils. Your jaggery tea is ready.
