Black pepper is a very common spice used in kitchens all across the globe. Did you know that black pepper is great for weight loss?? If some studies are to be believed, black pepper is a great source of vitamin A, C and K along with dietary fiber as well as healthy fats.  Here is the recipe of black pepper tea that can help you slim down quickly!

Ingredients

2 cups water 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp honey 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp chopped ginger

Step 1

Heat a pan and start by boiling water.

Step 2

Add in the ground black pepper and chopped ginger.

Step 3

Turn off the heat and after a few seconds, add honey and lemon juice.

Step 4

Pour the tea into cups and have sip by sip.
